Low sperm count? Help may be at hand
Men with low sperm counts can now try a simple and, apparently effective way to boost their fertility. It has been found that an ingredient in cooked tomatoes, lycopene, can increase sperm counts. The recommended dose is a dessertspoonful of tomato puree a day. Certainly worth trying! Lycopene has also be suggested as a helpful supplement for any man with prostate probelms too so there's an added benefit there - don't skimp on tomatoes.
